Seal Peel Melting Tank
This specialized Seal Peel Melting Tank is designed for safe and efficient melting of Seal Peel.
Key Features:
Equipped with an overheating prevention function to protect the equipment.
Features a calendar timer that allows setting start and stop times for each day of the week, providing flexibility in use.
About Seal Peel
Seal Peel is a plastic material containing fats and oils. At normal temperatures, Seal Peel is solid, but it melts when heated and solidifies again when the temperature returns to normal. By utilizing this property, important metal parts can be immersed in molten Seal Peel. After cooling, a film layer is formed that protects the entire product from rust, scratches, and impacts. (Partial protection is also possible.)
Applications of Seal Peel
Rust Prevention: Protects various components, tools, jigs, etc., from rust in vehicles, aircraft, textile machinery, automobiles, and other industries. (Examples: Gears, cutters, hobs, nozzles, drills, reamers, taps, measuring instruments, gauges, calipers, micrometers, bids, diamond tools, etc.)
Protection from Scratches and Impacts: Protects polished and plated metal surfaces, preventing scratches during transportation.
Parts Storage: Provides complete storage for the above-mentioned components and other parts.
Insulation: Protects high- and low-current electrical components from damage caused by moisture.
Moisture-Proof: Protects equipment that may be damaged by seawater or sea breeze.
Packing for Shipping: Prevents rust and scratches during shipping.
Advantages of Seal Peel
Non-toxic and odorless: It doesn't contain any harmful chemicals and has no unpleasant smell.
Recyclable: The used film can be reused by reheating and melting it.
Durable: The film is highly elastic, making it difficult to damage even under rough handling.
Easy to peel: The transparent film allows you to see the contents without opening the package, and it peels off easily.
How to Use
Melt: Melt the Seal Peel using the melting tank.
Dip: Dip the metal part to be protected into the molten Seal Peel.
Dry: Allow the Seal Peel to dry quickly.
1. Melt
2. Dip
3. Dries quickly
