KINS' GREEN Stainless Performance Formerly known as Fusion NX, KINS' GREEN Stainless Performance is a high-performance saw blade designed for precise cutting of stainless steel tubes and adhesive materials. Key Features: Advanced Coating: Equipped with a specialized, thin PVD coating, it offers superior wear protection, low friction, and high temperature resistance. Optimized Design: Engineered for extremely high cutting speeds and tooth loads, reducing side pick-up and ensuring optimal wear resistance. Versatile Application: Suitable for various cutting applications, including thin-walled steel tubes and flying cut-off operations. Tailored Cutting Speeds: Adjust cutting speeds for optimal results: 60 – 120 m/min for steel, 30 – 50 m/min for austenitic stainless steel (300 series), 220 – 260 m/min for ferritic without Ti (409 & 412), 60 – 120 m/min for ferritic with Ti (441).
