Enhance Precision and Detail with the Hawkeye Pro Slim Borescope: The Essential Tool for Accurate Machinery Inspection
The Hawkeye Pro Slim Borescope is a must-have tool for anyone who values precision and attention to detail. With a diameter of just 0.165 inches (4.20 mm), this borescope can provide exceptional clarity and brightness, bringing out even the tiniest details in your subject.
One of the standout features of the Hawkeye Pro Slim Borescopes is its optimal combination of size, length, and illumination. Whether you're inspecting small components or larger machinery, these Hawkeye Pro Slim Borescopes can provide the perfect level of visibility to get the job done right.
Most impressively, the Hawkeye Pro Slim Borescopes can easily access even the most hard-to-reach areas of machined metal parts, thanks to its 90º DOV mirror tube. This means that you'll be able to see burrs and surface finishes in bores and cross-holes, allowing you to identify and address any potential issues with precision and ease.
Overall, the Hawkeye Pro Slim Borescope is an essential tool for anyone who needs to inspect machinery or components with a high level of accuracy.

Note 1 | Hawkeye Pro Rigid Borescopes can be made to operate up to 300 deg. C on a custom Basis. Contact your sales representative for details. |
Note 2 | These scope were not designed to operate below 0°. However, several of our customers have successfully used the scopes in liquid Nitrogen at 77 deg. K. |
Pressure | All Hawkeye borescopes we designed only for use at ambient pressure, however, we have several customers who have successfully used Hawkeye Borescopes at pressures up to 500 PSI and down to 10-6 Torr. As the scopes were not specifically designed for this, the operator does so at his own risk. |
Chemical Resistance | All Hawkeye Pro Rigid borescopes (tube only, not the eyepiece end) are water tight and are resistant to most hydrocarbons; oils, gasoline, hydraulic fluid, jet fuel, etc. Exposure to Acids and strong Alkali should be avoided as it will attack the optical window. |
