Sylvac Optical Measuring Machine VISIO 300 V3 is optimized for measuring forms, patterns, designs and shapes for soft and sensitive workpieces where mechanically touching probe is not possible. Sylvac Optical Measuring Machine VISIO 300 V3 delivers a superb versatility in processing various CAD inputs with comparison to the actual CAD design. Powered with the latest CCD imaging processor with three distinct light sources, the Sylvac VISIO 300 V3 allows you to individually set the observation parameter on the software. Furthermore, its Granite frame and patented column construction allows the Sylvac VISIO 300 V3 to serve as a perfect multitasking and multi-users solution for part inspection on PCB soldering pattern, high precision injection moulds, semiconductor and IC fabrication, lithium ion battery pack, fuel cell, small mechatronics, solar cell and many other brittle or chemically heat sensitive work-piece.
Sylvac Optical Measuring Machine VISIO 300 V3 will unlocks a higher level of precision without demanding the additional cost on human resources. The technology being implemented in the Sylvac VISIO 300 V3 is a major improvement from digital toolmaker microscopes. The test object which lies on a glass plate support is inspected by means of an optical system fitted with a full HD digital camera and additional zoom-like lenses. Then, Sylvac VISIO 300 V3 runs auto and programmable image analysis on various degree of light illumination towards the part being inspected.
Equipped with three modes of light illuminations: Diascopic illumination mounted under the glass plate, to make it possible for the user to view the part profile, Ringlight for a detailed visualisation of the upper surface of the part being checked and finally, Coaxial light to view inside a blind bore or a cavity or to measure cylindrical parts in upright position. The laser pointer will then serve to locate the measurement area on the part lying in the object field of the camera. Using beam separators, the coaxial light can pass through the zoom.
Sylvac Visio VISIO 300 V3 Visual Measuring Machine Features:
Larger field of view up to 30x19mm (with standard configuration 15x9.5mm)
High quality 2.5D video measuring system with Full HD CMOS camera and Navitar zoom (manual or motorised) for improved image quality
Sylvac Vista software with CAD comparison function
Auto toggle screens live/schematic
Very precise granite frames
High quality and durable guidance system
Manual table stage releasable for quick XY movement, fitted with high precision encoders for quick displacement system
Manual or motorized zoom
Positioning of workpiece is shown by laser pointer
Available with manual or motorised zoom model (GL Series).
Triple programmable lighting- All light sources are fitted with LEDs producing a cold light, also long-lasting with 3 selectable modes:
Diascopic illumination for checking profiles as well as for transparency based measurements as in optics, lenses, lamp diffuser, light reflectors.
Ringlight (4 x 90°) for inspection on millings, bores, chamfers and rounded edges.
Coaxial light for blind bores and cylindrical parts.
