Sylvac Digital Test Indicator S_Dial S234 is devised to accurately measure small distances, cylinders and angles, and amplify them to make them more obvious readings. Sylvac Digital Test Indicator S_Dial S234 is engineered with both digital display and an analog bar for convenient reading. With repeatabilty up to 3µm, you can conveniently realize the presence or exact quantity, of some small distance (for example, a small height difference between two flat surfaces, a slight lack of concentricity between two cylinders, or other small physical deviations). Sylvac Digital Test Indicator S_Dial S234 is a versatile and sensitive instrument that uses as low as 0.07 Newton of measuring forces. Sylvac Digital Test Indicator S_Dial S234 is equipped with a variety of ball shaped anvils. This shape gives point contact, allowing for consistent measurements as the tip moves through its arc (via consistent offset distance from ball surface to center point, regardless of ball contact angle with the measured surface). Thanks to its 0.001 mm resolution, you can apply this test indicator to gauge concentricity, roundness, surface roughness, run-out and direct attachment on improvised multi-gauging jigs.
