Shimpo Compression Force Gauge Jig FGTT-14 is devised to firmly press a test specimen with up to 1000 Newton, to the point of burst or tore the packaging apart. This simple jig are suitable for testing maximum compression of packaged slurry, ductile and rheo material such as plastics, medical and chemical packaging, blood bag and many more. You can simply attach the pushing rod to the force gauge and connect the lower base to it. Each jig are specified to perform accurately within 3 types of material to choose from. Stainless steel jigs are available for narrower surface in diameters of 5 and 10 mm; aluminum or steel jigs for mid to wider surface which are available in diameters of 40 and 60 mm. This versatile jig is compatible with any digital or analog force gauge to run a precision testing of push test with either motorized-programmable force test or with manual pulling stand combination.
