The total set has been devised for semi-automatically measure opening torques of caps, lids, and screws of various containers, such as cosmetics, medical products, and beverages, as well as the tightening force of valves. It uses a servo motor and measures per-angle torque at a constant rotation speed to remove measurement data variation as well as enable more advanced tests and management. Furthermore, this unit is equipped with specialized software called "TNT_DSP" as standard. It can set the test rotation speed and angles, import torque and angle data, and display torque and angle or torque and time in graphical form.
