Obishi Keiki Bench Center Tester For Gear (SR-Type) are optimized for your convenient set up and faster rates of deflection testing of shaft with gear, bigger cutting tools shank, and various other helix or spline shaft as in automotive and hydraulic parts. This type is an important lathe component and is available in various sizes according to the work piece requirements. Equipped with dial gauge gripping chuck moves up/down due to rack gear and useable probe. Features : For gear circle pitch defelction measurement Dial gauge gripping chuck moves up/down due to rack gear. The probe easily moves up/down using the lever. 7 probes are supplied by default ( Module 1 to 4, 0.5 interval ) We can manufacture special measurement probles according to your requirement. Benefits : Versatile use for eccentricity and deflection measurement of spline shafts, helix shaft, larger diameter cutting shank fabrication etc. Convenient application as entry/exit is performed by one touch lever.
