The CETATEST XS is fully automatic working leak tester for the detection of leaking parts within the cycle time of the production process. The cost-effective benefit of this instrument come from its air compressor method of application as the input. The CETA Leak Tester CETATEST XS works precisely by sensing inputs of air from its one channel air compressor with at least 2 bar resp. 1 bar above test pressure (ISO 8573-1 :2010) towards the workpiece in such a way that your product can be tested on production line (with or without testing jig). The relative pressure sensor then measure the fluctuation of pressure within a workpiece to sense the built leakage and tightness durability while recording the measured data on its internal memory instantly. CETA Leak Tester CETATEST XS allows you to have 8 test programs and set up the acceptable parameter via CETA PC software.
