The CETATEST 815 is a fully automatic working leak tester for the detection of leaking parts within the cycle time of the production process. This highly accurate leak pressure tester works on a similar method to Leak Tester CETATEST 715, which compares the deviation value in the test part volume with the pressure in a tight reference volume (differential measure method). Ceta Leak Tester CETATEST 815 works precisely by using mechanical and electrical sensing of inputs from its one channel air compressor with at least of 6 - 10 bar and 0.5 bar above test pressure resp. 50 mbar under evacuation pressure (ISO 8573-1) towards the workpiece in such a way that your product can be tested on production line (with or without testing jig).
The cost-effective CETATEST 815 leak detector also provide data output via USB which then can be conveniently saved into a USB flash drive for traceable data record or further analysis of acceptable parameter via CETA PC software and spreadsheet as well its parameter can be exported or imported using an USB storage device. Measurement series and measurement curves can also be stored.
The CETATEST 815 can be equipped with a multitude of test modes and is applicable for a lot of applications. The 24 Bit AD converter allows for a high clock rate at shorter test times. Due to its reliable accuracy within an automatic approach, this instrument's versatility is highly regarded by research and development lab, universities, inspection of components that should be waterproof, oil-tight or gas proof sanitary armatures, plastic weldings, ball valves, from any oil and gas tank quality inspection, aerospace engine parts, food and beverages packaging, automotive turbocharger units, liquid - pharmaceutical packaging, medical equipment, mechatronics, pneumatic workpiece and many more.
