Koyo-Sha Bias Sisal Buff are made of woven sisal bias cut and spirally sewn. Buffing wheels, also known as mops, are either made from cotton or wool cloth and come bleached or unbleached. Specific types include: sisal, spiral sewn, loose cotton, canton flannel, domet flannel, denim, treated spiral sewn, cushion, treated vented, untreated vented, string buff, finger buff, sisal rope, mushroom, facer, tampered, scrubbing mushroom, hourglass buff, rag, "B", climax, swansdown, airflow, coolair, and bullet.
Koyo-Sha Bias Buff Disc retains the ideal cutting qualities of sisal. Koyo-Sha Bias Buff are the most aggressive sisal cutting buff when used on flat or contoured surface. Koyo-Sha Bias Sisal Buff is highly recommended for removing light tool lines and scratches imparted on surfaces of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Koyo-Sha Bias Cloth Buff Disc Types:
Wide Finger Sisal Buff is the buff with sisal cloth inserted in cotton cloths, then molded in loose pleats, fixed with a clinch ring in center infoldings and machine-sewn with moderate intervals.
Wide Finger Sisal Buff is suitable for cutting / cut & coloring of steel and stainless steel due to uniformity and moderate hardness when contacting with workpiece.
3 types according to stitching method. All buffs are treated.
A-Type : Standard (Sewing on spiral)
B-Type : 1 stitch (1cm from clinch ring)
C-Type : 2 stitches (1cm from clinch ring and middle part between periphery and clinch ring)

BLACK = Emery Compound, a coarse abrasive material for removal of scratches, pits, paint, rust etc.
BROWN = Tripoli compound used for general purpose cut and color on most soft metals.
WHITE = Blizzard compound, used for color and final finish of harder metals, has a cutting action.
RED = Jeweller’s Rouge, designed to polish without any cutting action. Safe on thin plates. Use your own wheel.
BLUE = A dryer, almost greaseless wheel - designed to polish without any cutting action. Safe on thin plates. Use your own wheel.
GREEN = Used exclusively for Stainless Steel.
