Inspex IPX-330 is made by Bowers to meet the industrial demands of handheld hardness tester that are practical, user friendly, and compatible with existing hardness testing system. The Inspex IPX-330 are optimized for testing handheld dynamic of metal with hardness conversion and automatic position setting.
Furthermore, its multiple connectivity through a RS-232 - USB connectivity will allow you to record and transmit the data on laptop. This facilitates statistical process control (SPC) as the fabrication inspection properly recorded in a tabular dataset (such as a database table or spreadsheet) and performing statistical analysis on them.
Inspex IPX-330 Portable Hardness Tester features:
Dynamic hardness testing; quick and reliable
Wide measuring range in HL value and direct display of converted hardness values in Rockwell HRB, HRC, Vickers HV, Brinell HB and Shore HS
For most metals (see table below)
Impact device provides testing at any angle, even upside down
Data output RS-232 and internal memory in a batch of 1250 average readings
Date and time display
Lower and upper limits setting with Low-High display judge
High accuracy ±0.5%
Conforming to ASTM A 956
Six impact devices are available for special applications (see p58)
