ILIX Micro Drills 6019 is made to conform with DIN 6535 HA. Made from the solid micro Carbide grain, ILIX micro drill 6019 series are intended for high-speed drilling and high-performance holemaking in ferrous metallic or non-metalllic materials. Optimised with tool tip geometry of 135°, ILIX 6019 provides higher tool stability (even in unstable working conditions) and a higher surface quality of the material to be machined and can withstand the tensile stress up to 1300 N/mm².
Offered with various cutting lenght and shank diameters, there are 4 models to choose from, the 6019 (5xD), 6029 (8xD), 6030 (12xD), and the longest 6031 (20xD). Furthermore, the internal cooling system allows for lower temperature and chips evacuation which is suitable on various application on toolmaking, jigs, precision thread making, general engineering and many more.
