Chennai Metco provides a complete solution for metallography and metallurgy inspection by various methods of grinding, polishing, and etching. In metallography process, after the specimen is fitted and properly sized (with any Chennai Metco BAINCUT models) the next step will be preparing the specimen for fine surface polishing which is done with Chennai Metco BAINPOL PMV series. Chennai Metco BAINPOL PMV is devised for less supervision to ensure precise and even pressure at variable speed polishing/grinding. BAINPOL PMV is intended to be used with specific consumable of finer abrasive particles for glossy surface quality. Carbon fibres as well as precious work-piece metals such as titanium, iridium, and many alloys are also applicable specimen to be grinded by Chennai Metco BAINPOL - Auto PMV series. The next process will be chemical cleaning/etching so that the metallographic structure of specimen can be observed and measured with Vision Engineering TIM5 or digital, optical, or electron microscopy.
