Whatever the specimen may be ranging from metals, ceramic, fibres to mineral of tougher grains, Chennai Metco BAINCUT XXL Auto is capable of heavy duty sizing of specimen for metallographic purposes. It is equipped with light alloy casting base with FRP hood for corrosion protection, viewing window, cleaning hose, safety lock and fume digestion system for safer operation. The voluminous internal space is also available to lock big specimens securely with minimal vibration and without much alteration on micro structure of the specimen.

When the specimen is ready, the next step will be grinding and polishing it on Chennai Metco BAINPOL so that the metallographic structure of specimen can be observed and measured in detail with Vision engineering TIM5 or digital, optical, or electron microscopy.
