The VMS 370 A offers automatic operation with hydro-pneumatic saw feed and pneumatic material clamping. The system is operated via a user-friendly NC control. The heart of the VMS saw unit is the worm gear unit with EISELE shock-absorbing feature, produced in-house. It is heavy duty and provides for a smooth, low-vibration running of the saw, which, of course, has a positive impact on the quality of the cutting surface, the blade life and the service life of the saw. The exceptional VMS automatic machines are designed with handling griper with flat guide for higher accuracy in positioning and ease material input. for your handling simplicity - both for series cuts and in automatic operation. Using a standard 4-speed gearbox, every type of metal from stainless steel to aluminium can be processed with optimum results. Engineered with 3,4 HP motor, the Behringer Automatic Circular Cold Saws Eisele 370 A / VMS 400 A achieve higher rate of accuracy so that you can have larger amount of cuts and lesser amount of swarf. You can use 15.75 inch of circular saw diameter to get the desired result. The machine operation takes place using a convenient NC control. Where your operations call for frequently changing single cuts, an optional bar start detection system makes for even simpler material handling through fully automatic length positioning without the need for manual intervention.
